Visual Merchandising Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional visual experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan floor moves in collaboration with store managers to maximize sales opportunities and maintain brand standards.
  • Balance commercial and visual needs when implementing merchandising or displays.
  • Support store teams in training and development related to visual merchandising.
  • Maintain relationships with key personnel in the industry, providing training on visual merchandising and industry standards.
  • Display mannequins stylishly in windows and focal areas, aligning with visual merchandising direction at all times.
  • Maintain a focus on merchandising for profit, ensuring merchandising decisions support business results.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a comparable role, preferably in-store and apparel-based divisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to analyze the business and take appropriate action.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience in the retail industry, with a keen sense of personal style and presentation.
  • A current driver's license and ability to travel between stores as required.
