HR Mobilisation Coordinator Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting in the mobilisation of all personnel required for project operations. You will report directly to the HR/IR Manager and be involved in the process of liaising with project and site managers on personnel requirements, working closely with the recruitment advisor to source personnel, managing administrative duties relating to new starters, overseeing subcontractor personnel onboarding and mobilisation, updating recruitment and mobilisation registers, and preparing documentation for the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with project and site managers on personnel requirements.
  • Work closely with the recruitment advisor to source blue-collar and white-collar personnel.
  • Manage administrative duties relating to new starters.
  • Oversee subcontractor personnel onboarding and mobilisation.
  • Update recruitment and mobilisation registers.
  • Prepare documentation for the onboarding process.
