Job Title

The Mobilisation Officer will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of personnel and equipment to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with project managers to determine mobilisation requirements.
  • Coordinate the mobilisation of personnel and equipment to project sites.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and certifications are in place for personnel and equipment.
  • Manage logistics and transportation arrangements.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in mobilisation or project coordination in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work on a FIFO 2/1 roster.
