Offshore Personnel Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to join our Crewing Team, responsible for managing the employment and logistics of offshore personnel operating across the Asia Pacific region.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position, preferably with maritime or projects exposure, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
- Manage offshore manning levels and schedules
- Mobilize and demobilize personnel as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally with maritime or projects exposure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite and complex database navigation
- Continuous improvement and solution-focused mindset
