Job Title: Employee Experience Manager

The role of an Employee Experience Manager is to provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and employees.

This includes onboarding and HR-related queries, managing tickets and milestone care calls, as well as assisting with employee documentation and records.

About The Role
  • Deliver a positive employee experience throughout the full worker lifecycle.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes including contract management, compliance checks, and inductions.
  • Manage and resolve tickets from employees, clients, and internal teams within established service levels.
  • Conduct milestone client and worker care calls to identify concerns, capture feedback, and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to employees on HR-related matters such as policies, awards, leave entitlements, and payroll.
  • Elevate complex issues to HR, payroll, or legal departments while maintaining ownership of the employee experience.
  • Contribute to reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements
  • Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Hold previous experience in HR, recruitment, or staffing operations.
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing/customer support platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
