Event Staffing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Event Staffing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing our event staff recruitment efforts. As an Event Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting skilled and reliable teams to ensure seamless execution of event setups across Australia.

About the Role:

- Recruit staff for events, focusing on roles such as general labourers, exhibition installers, and site supervisors.

- Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs for events, ensuring timely and efficient placements.

- Maintain and grow a pool of qualified and available staff for quick deployment to events.

- Provide ongoing support and communication with placed staff to ensure client satisfaction.

- Meet recruitment targets and ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or labour hire, ideally within the event or construction sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize hiring for high-volume, short-term assignments.
  • Knowledge of event logistics or similar industries is a plus.
