Expert Staffing Specialist Role

We are seeking a specialist passionate about delivering exceptional employee and client experiences, contributing to a supportive and dynamic team where you can learn, grow, and make an impact.

About This Opportunity

As a staffing specialist, you will provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, efficient HR queries, and timely resolution of tickets. You will play a key role in building client confidence and supporting workers through hands-on, people-focused interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding employee experience throughout the worker lifecycle.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including contracts, compliance checks, and inductions.
  • Manage and resolve request tickets from employees, clients, and internal teams within service levels.
  • Conduct milestone care calls to flag concerns, capture feedback, and build strong relationships.
  • Assist employees with queries relating to policies, awards, leave entitlements, and payroll.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employee documentation and records.
  • Escalate complex matters to HR, payroll, or legal while maintaining ownership of the employee experience.
  • Contribute to reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or operations.
  • Experience using ticketing/customer support platforms preferred.
  • Confident in conducting check-in calls with employees and clients.
  • Knowledge of basic HR processes, worker entitlements, and best practice.
  • Experience using systems highly regarded.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
