Leadership Role Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Team Leader, Advice Assurance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of advice assurance specialists who will monitor, supervise and develop the financial advice provided within our internal financial advice teams.

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the Advice Assurance team within our Advice Best Practice department. This role requires specialist knowledge in the superannuation and financial planning industry with a strong market and industry awareness. You will be accountable for risk management, reporting, insights and recommendations to advice leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of advice assurance specialists
  • Monitor, supervise and develop financial advice
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance obligations are met
