Role Overview:

Senior Cruise Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cruise Consultant to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable cruise holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Crafting tailored cruise packages that meet each client's needs and preferences
  • Managing the entire booking process, including amendments and documentation
  • Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cruise products, deals, and industry trends
  • Meeting sales targets and KPIs in a motivated, team-focused environment
  • Contributing ideas and feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is required
  • Strong knowledge of major cruise lines, itineraries, and inclusions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using booking systems and GDS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities under pressure
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
