Leadership Opportunity - Cruise Industry

Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for cruise holidays? We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to steer our Brisbane Western Suburbs Store towards success.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages.
  • Maintain sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service through walk-in, email & telephone enquiries.
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise sales revenue.
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily.
  • Maintain comprehensive product information to deliver accurate sales advice.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry, preferably in retail or wholesale environments.
  • GDS experience is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and efficient in task management.
