Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach, is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays. What will you be doing?

Your primary responsibility is to ensure each guest has an unforgettable experience. Your duties may include :

  • Greeting and assisting guests, prioritizing their experience and safety;
  • Delivering exceptional food and beverage service;
  • Conducting safety briefings and presentations;
  • Maintaining stock control and daily reconciliations;
  • Vessel housekeeping and cleanliness.

This role is physically demanding and requires working on your feet for extended periods. You will have the opportunity to work across various products, including Camira Sailing, Great Barrier Reef Adventure, Whitehaven Beach, and Resort Connections.

We seek passionate, high-quality hospitality professionals who can represent our brand and deliver top-tier service. We value genuine, personable individuals who demonstrate excellent hospitality skills—marine experience is a plus.

To succeed, you must or be willing to obtain :

  • Hospitality qualifications and marine experience (highly regarded);
  • Elements of Shipboard Safety / GPH or higher;
  • QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol;
  • QLD Working with Children's Check (Blue Card);
  • National Police Check;
  • Provide First Aid, CPR, and Advanced Oxygen Therapy;
  • Bronze Medallion and crowd management certificates (highly regarded).
