About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for curating tailor-made travel itineraries for our clients, ensuring every journey is seamless, memorable, and reflects our premium standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients via phone and email to uncover their travel needs and preferences.
2. Research, design, and book bespoke travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and experiences.
3. Manage and resolve booking issues swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records with precision.
5. Stay informed on the latest travel regulations and government restrictions to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the travel industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with mid-office systems (e.g., Tramada, VTO)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
