Cruise Team Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team as a Cruise Team Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages.
  • Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Supporting and handling walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Maximising sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets.
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry.
  • GDS experience.
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure.
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently.
