About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at BMD Constructions. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to achieve excellent productivity and program outcomes.

As a seasoned professional in civil construction, you will leverage your strong leadership and communication skills to build effective relationships across all levels of our projects, including subcontractors and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction
  • An extensive background in civil construction with demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results

You may also possess a Certificate IV in Civil Supervision, which would be highly regarded.
