Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Supervising construction workers and subcontractors to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Monitoring build costs and project progress to achieve timely completion
  • Reporting to senior management on project status and performance
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor in the construction industry
  • Stability with previous employers and a positive attitude
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team of construction workers
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is between $100k and $110k per annum, plus superannuation. Additional benefits include:
