About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, scope and report on works required for residential properties.
  • Provide accurate and detailed scope of works for residential projects.
  • Supervise multiple construction projects and trades from start to handover.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship by inspecting completed works.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure all projects are completed within strict deadlines.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in residential construction or a related field.
  • Must have experience working on the Homes NSW contract (formerly LAHC) OR within the Facilities Management industry.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain workplace health and safety.
  • Be accountable and diligent while meeting deadlines.
