Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in New South Wales and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise bulk earthworks, pavements, roads, subdivisions, and drainage works;
  • Oversee a team of professionals with demonstrated civil construction and urban development background;
  • Maintain HSEQ outcomes by embedding commitment in all tasks;
  • Manage resources efficiently to achieve results while staying within budget;
  • Ensure site operations are carried out safely and efficiently;
  • Foster collaboration among team members and promote a positive work environment;

The successful candidate will receive:

  • $120,000-$130,000 per annum + Superannuation + Discretionary Bonus;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Certificate III+ in Civil Construction;
  • Experience in civil construction and urban development with supervisory experience;
  • Proven track record of achieving results while maintaining HSEQ standards;
  • Certificate IV in Civil Supervision;
