About the Role

This Senior Construction Supervisor position reports directly to the Site Manager and is responsible for overseeing the structure phases of large-scale commercial projects. Key duties include:

  • Collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met
  • Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Providing leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Acting as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience working on commercial projects as a Site Manager or Supervisor/Foreman, and a proven track record of delivering projects in excess of $50 million. Additionally, they should have expertise in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects, proficiency in running concrete structures, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will also be able to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure.

In this role, you will contribute significantly to the success of Bluestone Recruitment's clients, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. As you take on new challenges and responsibilities, your skills and experience will prepare you for advancement into a Site Manager role in the future.

Salary & Benefits
