Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

About the Role">

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee multiple sites and teams, driving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disabilities.

You will lead and motivate a team of employment consultants, providing them with the necessary tools and support to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:">

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of Westgate ESA, encompassing offices in Bacchus Marsh, Footscray, Melton, St Albans, Sunshine, Tarneit, and Werribee.
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centred services.
  • Developing strategies, programs, and partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities.
  • Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site, and area performance and quality metrics.
  • Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks.
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success.
  • Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in leadership and management, ideally within the employment services sector.
  • A passion for people with disabilities succeeding in employment and education.
  • Success-driven abilities, including achieving performance targets and managing budgets.
  • Problem-solving skills, enabling the development of innovative strategies to generate sustainable employment opportunities.
  • Relationship-building skills, allowing for the development and maintenance of relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Quality-focused approaches, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement within a quality framework.
  • Tech-savvy capabilities, confident in using a range of data, systems, and reports.
