Job Title: Store Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Operations Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting an example for the team in terms of service standards and store appearance.

  • Cooking and supporting team members to achieve their full potential.

  • Ensuring that merchandising standards are met and maintaining a high level of stock presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a retail or logistics environment, with a focus on operations management.

  • Ability to coach and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills and performance.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
