Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of HCA Service staff and optimize resource allocation.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on customer needs, machine performance, product quality, workmanship, and warranty matters.">
  • Promote strict WHS compliance among employees and contractors, fostering a strong safety-first culture.">
  • Drive the financial performance of the Service department, achieving key targets such as WIP and profit margins.">
  • Manage warranty expenses, ensure timely recovery, and maintain accurate reporting.">
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments.">
