We are seeking a skilled Service Leader to join our National Contact Centre team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in creating outstanding donor experiences.

About the Job

This permanent full-time position offers flexibility for remote work, with regular rotations between working from home and the National Contact Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of consultants, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success.
  • Drive operational outcomes through effective management of adherence, absence, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism in communication, both written and verbal.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading teams in a contact centre environment.
  • Strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting professional development.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in information systems and familiarity with contact centre-related technology.
