Are you a hospitality professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Team Leader to join our team

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the outlet for daily operation, including setting and resetting tables, light cleaning, and other assigned tasks
  • Assist the manager in monitoring rosters to ensure all shifts are covered and make adjustments as needed
  • Order inventory based on outlet par levels and assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory
  • Ensure team members adhere to guidelines for presentation, grooming, and punctuality
  • Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships within the immediate team and wider hotel team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service
  • Friendly personality and excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills, delegation, and strong employee engagement skills
  • Neat personal presentation
