Job DescriptionAs a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential customers, generating business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Working closely with representatives and specialists from our technology vendors (such as Microsoft and Dropbox), you will report directly to the Cloud Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities· Prospect into businesses through warm outbound calls, networking, email, and online resources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline.
· Qualify leads, schedule well-targeted appointments with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional pre-sales support.
· Consult on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, providing targeted communications to close sales.
· Meet and exceed daily call goals by proactively conducting outbound calls to foster relationships with new and existing clients.
· Use CRM software extensively to maintain accurate records of activity, contact details, and account information for all customers and prospects.
· Host webinars and roundtable discussions with defined agendas and topics.
Skills & Experience· Proven B2B sales and customer service or consulting experience in SaaS/Managed Services, with at least 2 years of cold-calling experience.
· Understanding of complex solution sales cycles and broad knowledge of business services and SaaS technology.
· Proficiency in customer relationship management software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus).
· Relevant IT certifications like Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, SC-900, etc.) are preferred.
