Customer Experience Leader

The Student Experience Admissions team plays a vital part in guiding applicants through every step of the admissions process. As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve student satisfaction and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of admissions staff to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient application processing.

  • Maintain accurate records and report on key performance indicators.
