Land Solutions Administrative Assistant Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Land Solutions Payment Services Team in Southfield, MI. This full-time, on-site role supports our team by managing landowner inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and keeping projects organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with landowners, gather information, and route inquiries to Subject Matter Experts.
  • Collaborate with Financial Services Specialists to maintain strong relationships.
  • Conduct quality reviews, request supporting materials, and carefully review deeds, titles, and appraisals.
  • Record memorandums with counties when needed.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain project files in line with Atwell standards.
  • Work closely with the Senior Financial Services Specialist and Project Manager to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
