Stakeholder Engagement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Stakeholder Engagement Leader to develop and oversee strategies for effective engagement with stakeholders and landowners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stakeholder relationships and/or landowner engagement, with a proven track record of incorporating best practice engagement in large infrastructure projects.

  • Lead the implementation of our stakeholder framework and strategy through specialist services including advice on engagement methodology, estimating and resourcing, and managing complex stakeholder issues.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder and landowner communications materials, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Implement and update online engagement tools, developing standards, processes, and work instructions to enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage consultants and suppliers to deliver engagement and research services on behalf of the organization.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Communications, Social Sciences, urban and regional planning, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Completed IAP2 Essentials training.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in stakeholder relationships and/or landowner engagement, with demonstrated years of experience.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative working partnerships and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading professional teams to achieve business goals, motivating staff, and delivering high-quality results.
