Land Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Agent to support our Transmission Line project in Wisconsin. The successful candidate will have experience on transmission or utility-scale ROW projects and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with landowners to secure transmission easements
  • Track detailed notes and documentation throughout negotiations
  • Support routing efforts, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory prep
  • Represent the team with professionalism in communities across Wisconsin

Requirements:

  • Experience on transmission or utility-scale ROW projects
  • Clear, confident communication and landowner negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin utility markets and land use trends
  • Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation
  • Based in or willing to travel within Wisconsin
