Permanent Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Coordinator to support our operations.
This role offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced production environment, coordinating key activities and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the execution of operational activities to meet business objectives.
- Ensuring assets and production capacity are available to meet demand requirements.
- Liaising with drivers and customers to facilitate effective service delivery.
- Administrative tasks including checking invoices and billed amounts.
- Responding to issues and coordinating alternative arrangements as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a dispatch coordinator or similar role.
- A transport background is essential.
- High levels of energy to work in a dynamic production environment.
- A strong understanding of WH&S principles and their application.
- Experience with software such as JDE and/or Excel is beneficial.
Working Conditions:
- Early start, typically 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Compensation:
- $38 per hour - Temp to Perm position.
