Job Title: Dispatch Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team as a Dispatch Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless and timely deliveries to our customers across Melbourne.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in planning and allocating daily delivery schedules and routes to guarantee efficient dispatch operations.
  2. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared for dispatch, minimising delays and issues.
  3. Monitor deliveries and promptly address any concerns or discrepancies that may arise.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers and drivers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports of dispatch operations, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport coordination is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong communication skills, with English being the primary language used, and Japanese an added advantage.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Familiarity with Melbourne suburbs and roads is beneficial.
