Key Responsibilities- Deliver structured onboarding and on-the-job training sessions for new starters to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Support the design, coordination and delivery of training programs that align with employee and business needs, including maintaining and updating competency frameworks and training programs to ensure consistency and compliance
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members and managers, ensuring standards are met and identifying areas for improvement
- Contribute to improving processes and systems by identifying training gaps and providing recommendations for enhancements
Essential: Current driver's licence, Strong hospitality knowledge and experience, Enthusiastic communicator with a passion for helping others succeed
Desirable: Supervisory and/or workplace training experience in hospitality, Certificate III in Hospitality Operations or equivalent, Training & Assessment qualifications
