Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team on Hamilton Island. This part-time role offers three days per week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a real impact on patients' lives.

About the Position

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including wound management, immunisations, health checks, and preventive services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement chronic disease management plans and wellness programs
  • Deliver education and guidance to empower patients in managing their health and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with current registration
  • 2+ years of experience in general practice or a similar clinical setting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organisational skills and proactive approach to patient care
  • Team player with adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic island setting
