Lead Educator - Opportunities Ahead

We're seeking an experienced Lead Educator to shape the learning journey of our young students. This role is perfect for those who want to develop their skills, inspire others and make a real difference in children's lives.

As a Lead Educator, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Design engaging child-led programs tailored to the unique needs of toddlers.
  • Create a warm, nurturing environment that fosters exploration, independence and early development.
  • Mentor and collaborate with educators
  • Build meaningful relationships with families
  • Bring creativity and fresh ideas to the daily learning experience.

This role requires:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Availability to work shifts between Monday to Friday.
  • A valid Blue Card.
  • Training in Child Protection, Red Nose and Food Safety.
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
