The Opportunity

Working closely with fellow Educators and the Centre Leadership Team, you will enjoy:

  1. Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  2. Leading and guiding teams to develop and implement innovative early learning programmes aligned with current early childhood practices.
  3. Documenting and sharing children's learning and development with families.
  4. Contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
  5. Participating in professional learning, development programmes, and career pathways within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Essential requirements:

  • Certificate III Qualification recognized for Children's Services.
  • Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
