The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of leadership experience in childcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective curriculum plans that align with the EYLF and NQF
- Mentor and support educators to improve program delivery and quality
- Facilitate professional development opportunities to promote best practices in early childhood education
- Collaborate with the Director of Education to implement improvement plans based on evaluations and feedback
- Communicate effectively with families about their children's progress and program initiatives
About You:
As a leader in early childhood education, you are committed to quality teaching and learning. You have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, and a passion for inspiring excellence in others.
You possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Essential)
- Current Blue Card (Essential)
- HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an education and care setting (Essential)
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in early childhood education
- Demonstrated leadership experience in childcare settings
