Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective curriculum plans that align with the EYLF and NQF
  • Mentor and support educators to improve program delivery and quality
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities to promote best practices in early childhood education
  • Collaborate with the Director of Education to implement improvement plans based on evaluations and feedback
  • Communicate effectively with families about their children's progress and program initiatives

About You:

As a leader in early childhood education, you are committed to quality teaching and learning. You have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, and a passion for inspiring excellence in others.

You possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Essential)
  • Current Blue Card (Essential)
  • HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an education and care setting (Essential)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in early childhood education
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in childcare settings
