Restaurant Manager Job Description

Rocco's Italian Sourdough Pizza is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rapidly growing artisanal sourdough pizza company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic expansion, building our brand, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of our brand's vision and values.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business expansion, including opening new locations and enhancing our digital platforms.
  • Marketing and Branding: Lead the development and execution of marketing and social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional service standards and maintaining product quality.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and optimize profitability, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multiple branches in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and building a brand.
  • Experience in business growth, strategic planning, and operational management.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • A degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
