About the Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our team at Mad Mex. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during service hours
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Perform opening and closing duties, including banking and cash handling
About You
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in hospitality or QSR is highly regarded, but not essential.
