We're seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rapidly growing artisanal sourdough pizza company. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive strategic expansion, build our brand, and lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Business Growth: Lead the expansion of our brand, with plans to open three new stores within two years, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Digital Transformation: Develop and implement digital platforms for 'fully online' ordering, pick-up, and delivery services, enhancing customer convenience and driving sales.
  • Marketing and Branding: Drive marketing and social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage with customers, and build a strong online presence.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee staff recruitment, training, and management, ensuring high service standards and a positive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and optimize profitability, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple branches in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with a strong background in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams, driving business growth and success.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in business growth, strategic planning, and operational management, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Education: A degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
