We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Oncourse Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing accurate, efficient and friendly betting and information services to all customers.
The Oncourse Operator will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer queries and providing assistance with placing bets and accessing racing and sports products. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- The Oncourse Operator will be the first point of contact for many customers, so it is essential that they possess excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships with our patrons.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work at various race tracks, attending events and interacting with customers in person. This will provide them with a unique insight into the racing industry and an opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to customer queries.
- To provide accurate and helpful information to customers about racing and sports products.
- To assist customers with placing bets and accessing racing and sports products.
- To maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy and adhere to security procedures.
