Strategic Leader in People Services

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive functional strategy, innovation, and delivery across People Services systems for one of Queensland's largest organisations.
About the RoleThis pivotal role provides strategic leadership, solution assurance, and business partnership across the organisation's People Services function, with a strong focus on SAP Success Factors, S/4 Payroll, ECC6 HR, and Payroll systems.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in SAP ECC, Success Factors, and S/4 HANA environments, with expertise in functional consulting and/or SAP solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Leading SAP functional teams, implementing frameworks such as SAP Activate, and delivering large-scale projects in complex environments.
- Providing deep functional knowledge of SAP HCM sub-modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, People Analytics/MSS, and Success Factors.
- Expertise in Master Data Governance, including ownership, standards, quality, lifecycle management, security, and integration.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong business and vendor partnerships.
