We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate our Early Years Training Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training in trauma-informed practice, Early Childhood Education, or Child and Family Services
  • Design and adapt training packages to reflect best practice and meet diverse community needs
  • Coordinate and deliver trauma-informed training packages to educators and teachers across South Australia

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering training in trauma-informed practice, Early Childhood Education, or Child and Family Services. Strong knowledge of trauma, family systems, child development, and evidence-informed models of practice is essential.

A natural ability to inspire, motivate, and empower educators, volunteers, and community partners is required. If you are passionate about shaping practice in early years education and equipping services to achieve the highest standards of care and safety for children, we want to hear from you.
