Join Kids First Australia as we expand our training, consultation services, and flagship Early Years Education Program (EYEP) across South Australia in this part time permanent role (with the opportunoty to go full time as the program grows).

We're looking for someone who

  • Has proven experience delivering training in trauma-informed practice, Early Childhood Education, or Child and Family Services
  • Knows how to design and adapt training packages to reflect best practice and meet diverse community needs
  • Brings strong knowledge of trauma, family systems, child development, and evidence-informed models of practice
  • Is a natural connector who can inspire, motivate, and empower educators, volunteers, and community partners
  • Can coordinate and deliver trauma-informed training packages to educators and teachers across South Australia as part of the Preschool Boost Program.
  • Supports educator capability to create safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environments that support every child's school readiness.
