The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering training, designing training packages, and coordinating projects. They will also bring strong knowledge of trauma, family systems, child development, and evidence-informed models of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training in trauma-informed practice, Early Childhood Education, or Child and Family Services.
- Design and adapt training packages to reflect best practice and meet diverse community needs.
- Coordinate and deliver trauma-informed training packages to educators and teachers across South Australia as part of the Preschool Boost Program.
- Support educator capability to create safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environments that support every child's school readiness.
