Job Overview:

We invite passionate professionals to join our dynamic team as Training Coordinators for our flagship Early Years Education Program (EYEP) in South Australia.

You will work closely with our experienced team to design and adapt training packages to reflect best practice and meet diverse community needs. Your expertise in trauma-informed practice, Early Childhood Education, or Child and Family Services will guide your work in creating safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environments.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to inspire, motivate, and empower educators, volunteers, and community partners to achieve the highest standards of care and safety for children.

  • Deliver trauma-informed training packages to educators and teachers across South Australia as part of the Preschool Boost Program.
  • Support educator capability to create safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environments that support every child's school readiness.
