This unique part-time position supports the delivery of an independent complaints system and offers a chance to work in a dynamic media organisation. You will be managing the functions of our investigations unit, ensuring effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Managing investigations, gathering evidence, drafting reports, preparing research, and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
- Providing advice on regulatory matters.
- Preparing and proof-reading detailed written material, including investigations and reports with data analysis and graphs.
- Demonstrated skills in research and providing advice on regulatory matters.
- Established experience in preparing and proof-reading detailed written material.
- A legal, journalism or media background is preferred.
