As a Patient Treatment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in our mission to deliver outstanding patient care. You'll have the opportunity to warmly welcome patients, guide them through their treatment journey, and witness the joy of transforming their smiles. Your role will be diverse, rewarding, and impactful, encompassing tasks such as:

  • Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
  • Scheduling patient appointments and providing follow-up confirmation communication
  • Liaising with dental staff to communicate bookings and patient needs
  • Assisting in creating personalized treatment plans and Smile Design presentations
  • Guiding patients through their treatment journey and ensuring seamless coordination of care
  • Processing payments, finance & payment plans, insurance rebates, and other claims
  • Maintaining patient records and relevant databases
  • Utilizing CRM systems and maintaining communication channels

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; CRM system knowledge preferred
  • Basic office administration and bookkeeping skills
