**Customer Experience Advocate**

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Advocate. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will be the face of our organisation, responsible for delivering top-notch service and support to our residents and visitors. They will need to be able to problem-solve, think critically and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
