Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking an individual with a genuine passion for learning and development to join our team as a Learning Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a greater learning experience for our team through effective training and development programs.
As a key member of our learning team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to identify and address training needs, develop and implement training programs, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has superior attention to detail, and can work effectively across functional areas to achieve business objectives.
You will be responsible for reviewing and mapping out training needs using current systems and processes, scheduling training using internal and external resources, quality assurance of content against organizational frameworks, and ensuring up-to-date training records are maintained.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization, and experience in learning management system administration and HRIS.
