Learning Experience Specialist

Job Description:
As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery and facilitation of induction and agency training programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the delivery and facilitation of training programs.
- Contributing to the development of engaging learning activities, tools, and training aids.
- Supporting the identification of training delivery issues and risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Identifying, documenting, and escalating local issues and risks to support continuous improvement of processes.
- Monitoring and reporting on learner progress in facilitated training programs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve outcomes and ensure consistent services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong facilitation skills in technical systems training (on-site and virtual).
- A background in call centre operations.
- The ability to design practical learning activities.
- Intermediate skills in using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- A focus on creating effective learning experiences.
- Competency-based training and assessment expertise.
Benefits:
This role requires occasional interstate travel for up to a week at a time. You will also be required to work in an open office environment, work from home on occasion, and perform high levels of phone usage and face-to-face interactions.
