We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, designing, developing, and delivering quality learning programs that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
About the RoleThis role involves significant stakeholder engagement to understand demand management and deliver learning solutions that meet strategic imperatives. You will build influential relationships with all levels of leadership and provide contemporary and critical solutions that drive commercial and cultural success through best-in-industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and design high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training materials and resources in line with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Bailliate between stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that learning solutions are effective and efficient.
- Provide expert advice on instructional design and facilitation techniques to support the delivery of high-quality learning programs.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Expertise with learning systems like Articulate 360, Rise, and Moodle.
- Instructional design and facilitation experience.
- Blended learning methodology expertise.
- Solid project management experience and cross-functional coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
